2022-SUMMER-Champagne Beauty-( TTES.17 - Bai Liu )-Special

This summer Oriental Beauty from our private collection is one of our daring experiments! 

What we did was to take an Oriental Beauty tea that had been generously bitten by leafhoppers and roasted it, and we were amazed to discover a very particular and evident fruity aroma. The mouthfeel also ended up fuller and more rounded.

Especially when cold-brewed, the liquor is a beautiful, rich golden hue and displays a distinct grape aroma, slight citrus peel mouthfeel and closes with notes of longan honey. It is entrancing like a glass of quality champagne, a flavor that you will never forget.
