Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible and usually within 2-3 working days. All orders will be shipped via air mail and usually reach their destination within 1-3 weeks. Due to recent situation, there may be unusual delays so we provide other options like EMS in which parcels are prioritize. 

Additional fees or delays imposed by a specific country’s customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your order has not arrived within a month please contact us at spora.co30@gmail.com

Orders are shipped to the shipping address as provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses or orders that are lost due to delivery to an unsecured location.

Most orders will be shipped from Taiwan, in situations where postal service cannot be deliver from Taiwan, the parcel will go through the United Kingdom for a small additional fee. 

This is not a necessity but we encourage all who make a purchase to include their phone numbers especially for European countries. We have cases where the local post office for some reason cannot find the client and with the phone number, they were able to call and parcel was successfully delivered.
